30 seconds to improve people’s mental health?

Say hello to the most useful ad you’ve ever watched. We wanted to create a series of ads that gave a tangible benefit to the viewer’s mental health within the ad space itself. So in 30, 15, or even 6 seconds you’d try an action that could improve your mental health. 
Our little ads ended up getting nearly 6 million interactions, including ‘mind plan’ completion on the EMM website, web visits, and reported self care actions.
They also picked up a tidy number of awards.
